1.Why you don't offer free shipping like some other stores?
All stores need to make a certain profit,when some stores offer free shipping,they've already added postage into the price.we just want to be fair to all customers,for example,if a dress is 100USD,and postage to USA is 30USD,postage to Ireland is 45USD,when they offer free shipping,they will need to add 45USD on postage,otherwise,they will loose money when customer ordered from Ireland,then the price they sell for dress is 145USD for free shipping,free shipping sounds good,but accturally it is unfair to customers from USA,because originally they should only need to pay 130USD.we don't offer free shipping,and customers pay postage based on their shipping address which is fair to everyone.
2.Why your price seems higher than some store,do you do price matching?
Unfortunetely we don't do price matching,we insist on making all dresses in our own workshop to make sure everything is under control.most online stores don't have their own factory,when you placed the order with them,then they take out your order,and fine the factory that offer cheapest price to make the dress for you,in this way,you can get cheaper price,but things are not in control.We can't say all the stores that offer cheaper price are all not good quality,but we only offer high quality dresses at a reasonable price.

2. How to check my order status?
If you want to track the status of your order, please login in your account,and there is an order history option,you will see your order status there.you can also email our customer services to get updates.
3. Are there any additional fees involved in shipping?
In some cases, your destination country may charge customs duties or other taxes. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for further information if needed.All our packages were shipped as a sample or gift,normally you don’t need to pay tax,even if you need to pay tax,it is not too much,according to our experience,if there is a tax raised,it is about 30USD per package in total,but countries like Brazil,Russia,Ukraine,etc may charges more tax.

We ship worldwide. There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to, However, if this happened, we will get in touch with you ASAP.
5. What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer for your products?
We sell products that we believe to be of high quality and reliability. Before shipping each dress to our customers, our Q&C will do detailed checking to ensure the dress is what you’ve ordered without any problems,but we do believe that sometimes problem do still happen,when this happen,we are positive to solve problems with our customers to make them happy.
6. What is your Return Policy?
Customers need to contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your items. If your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or color error, you are qualified to get a full refund. However, if the item is not faulty or it is made accordance with the size you ordered but does not fit, please note that we will Not accept your returned item.please refer to our Return Policy page for more details.
7. How much will the shipping cost?
The shipping fee varies from country to country. It also depends on the weight of the items you order. You may place a test order to check the shipping fee.
8. How long is the delivery time?
As we are using expedicted courier,delivery is more fast and save,for most countries,it will take about 3-5 days,for some countries,it may take about 7-10days.

10. Is your size chart based on UK or USA standard? How is better to order right size?
Our Size Chart is based on USA standard,size chart are always differ from different brands,it also has difference with your daily wear,please check our size chart first before you choose the size,and you can also order customized dresses for better fitting.
11.Can I order colour swatches before ordering the dresses?
Yes,we understand colour is important to you,and we are ready to ship free colour swatches,you only need to cover the postage cost.
12.I want a unique dress,can I do some customized options?Do I need to pay extra money?
We want all our customers to stand out in event,and we do accept customized options.there are many customized options we can do,such as:add or take off straps,change neckline,change dress length,add belt/sash,add beadings,etc.we don’t charge for some simple alterations,but for some complicated alterations,we do need to charge the costs accordingly.feel free to email us about your thoughts of your customized dress,and we will reply with some professional suggestions.
13.I placed my order but payment just didn’t go through?

14.Can I change the dress colour or size after placed the order?
If you do wish to do the changes,please contact us A.S.A.P,normally when the processing started,we will not able to do the changes,but we will still try best to solve the problem for you,just remember to email us asap.
